We also offer free normal delivery, free removal of an old appliance, and a service credit when it would be better to replace an old appliance rather that repair it.

Indeed, the appliance business is well known as a very competitive industry. "Anybody with a tool box can say they're in the appliance business," Joe explains, "but we work very hard and invest our profits back into our company; training our people, filling our showroom, and equipping our technicians and parts department." Their work ethic seems to be paying off as today the business operates nine service and delivery vehicles and employs nineteen local employees.

The service department is planning an expansion. The added space will accommodate an expanded parts department and a larger workshop where more used appliances can be refurbished and scratch-and-dent items displayed.
